In order to streamline support requests and better serve you, we utilize a support ticket system. Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. To help ensure we are GDPR compliant, you need to use your NCA email address, unless you are raising a ticket because you can't access your NCA email account. Before you raise a ticket, please look for your issue in the help articles at http://elearnwithnca.co.uk/help there may already be an answer to your problem. If you do need to raise a ticket, please provide as much information as possible, this will help us to help you as quickly as possible.
